COVID-19 INFORMATION

Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. This is because we fulfill orders on demand meaning we have no inventory. Each order is created for each customer as they come in. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

With social distancing and shelter-at-home measures in place, we can't scale up as quickly as we can during our peak season. With that said, we are looking into new ways to speed up the process. Consumers are generally more patient during this time which we're appreciative of, as even Amazon has expressed that it's experiencing delays of up to 1 month.

We really apologize for any inconvenience and we hope you and your family are doing well at this time!

Estimated fulfillment time:  

  • Shirts, hoodies (14-21 business days not including shipping time)
  • Neck gaiters (8-13 business days not including shipping time)
  • Hats (8-13 business days not including shipping time)

 


 

Do you have a retail store in Syracuse?

  •  No we do not. We're just an online only business for now :)

Do you do custom orders?

  • We do! Whether you're looking to order in bulk or have a design created to fit your need, we're ready! Just contact us to start the conversation.

When will I receive my order?

  • Normally, it takes 2-7 business days to process your order + selected shipping method on top of that. The pandemic has greatly affected this turnaround time.

 I have a problem with my order - what do I do?

  • Please send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 30 days after receiving the order. Send it to syrclothingco.llc@gmail.com

What if I don't get a confirmation email?

  • Once you place an order with us you should receive a confirmation email saying that your order has been placed. 
  • If you can’t see it - check your spam folder! They often get lost in there.
  • If you’ve checked your inbox and your spam folder and still can’t find a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us via email at syrclothingco.llc@gmail.com and let us know so we can help you out!

  Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yep! Any order over $50 ships for free.

Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?

  • All orders are final - we cannot cancel orders once they have started production.

What is your return policy?

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received (a photo will be required). For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
  • Please use the size guides to choose your correct size for all clothing. Since we don't store inventory, our clothing items are printed as soon as an order comes in. This means we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues. Thanks for your support and for understanding!

Estimated shipping delivery times:

  • Orders are fulfilled within 1-5 business days of confirmation. Shipping time afterwards is indicated below
  • USA: 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 7-10 business days
  • World: 10-20 business days

International shipping:

  • International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
  • We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
